This healthcare white papers series was developed to help position our client as a thought leader beyond their core competency. The timing was ideal – health care reform was in the news and hospital executives were struggling to understand what they needed to do to prepare. We researched, wrote and designed the 6-part series; and developed a flowchart that detailed the contact points the client should make with prospects, what to mail in advance, when to follow-up and more.
For another client, white papers are a great way to show how they are vested in their customers’ success. Two to three times a year, these white papers address topical issues in the industry, with one (longer) version aimed at healthcare executives and a shorter version condensed down to “3 Action Items” that managers can execute right away.
